We gained planning permission for a unique extension to a grade II listed 16th century barn in 2015.
We successfully justified an alteration to a listed building. We worked carefully with the architectural team to ensure the extension was sensitive to the heritage asset. We demonstrated how the high level of design we had devised adds interest, value and and functionality to the heritage building; making a positive contribution to the local character and distinctiveness of the historic environment.
We further demonstrated our considerations of land use, amenity and design.
